How it works

From a messy process to a tool you'll actually use

No big project plan. No tech-speak. Just a few short steps and a tool that fits your business.

Step by step

You don't need to write a brief or know what you want built. We'll figure that out together.

1. Tell us the headache

You explain what's slow, messy or doing your head in. Plain English, no tech-speak needed.

2. We work out the right fix

We'll suggest the smallest, most useful tool that solves it. Nothing fancy, nothing you don't need.

3. You get a plan & price

A short write-up of what we'll build and a fixed price. No vague hourly rates.

4. We build it

Built around how your business already works. You see progress as we go, no six-month silence.

5. You try it & we tweak

You and your team have a go. If something's not quite right, we adjust it.

6. You start using it

The tool goes live. We're around if you need changes or want to add bits later.

What to expect

Honest, simple, no surprises

Common questions

Questions about how it works

Do I need to write a spec or brief before getting in touch?

No. Most people come to us with a frustration, not a document. Just describe what's slowing you down in plain English and we'll take it from there.

How involved do I need to be during the build?

We keep you in the loop as we go but we don't need your time every day. You'll see progress, give us feedback when it matters, and try the tool before it goes live. Most owners spend a couple of hours across the whole project.

What if it's not quite right when we try it?

That's what the review stage is for. Before anything goes live, you and your team try it out. If something needs adjusting, we sort it. Small tweaks are included as standard.

Can we start small and add more features later?

Yes, and we'd actually encourage it. The best tools start lean, get used, and grow from there. Starting small means you get something working fast and only add features once you know what you actually need.

Ready to sort it?

Send over the headache. We'll come back with a free plan and a fixed price for the right fix.
